Return Conditions

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.

• Items in original condition

Not Accepted

• Items without original tags

• Worn or washed items

• Items with makeup or perfume stains

• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

2. Receive Return Instructions

We'll send you return instructions.

3. Pack & Ship

Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest courier point.

4. Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days.

Refunds

• Refunds to the original payment method are accepted.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
